Tensengral Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Each Tensengral piece is created in small batches in our Adirondack studio. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our garments are produced with zero-waste methods, some items may be made to order. If so, we’ll let you know if additional time is needed.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We currently offer:

Local Pickup
If you’re near Athol/Warrensburg, or Lake George NY, you’re welcome to choose free local pickup.
International Shipping
We ship Tensengral goods worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your region.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you don’t receive your order within 14 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international) of your shipping confirmation, contact us at [your support email] with your order number.
Damages or Issues
We hand-inspect each piece before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, email us right away at [your support email] with photos. We’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn, original condition. Refunds are issued minus shipping costs.
Exchanges are available for sizing issues or defects—just reach out to us at [your support email].
